Please schedule your appointment to confirm your order. Once your appointment is booked, your order is confirmed. Once you've scheduled your appointment, you'll be sent a link to our Personal Details Form. Please ensure you've completed this form or sent through your information prior to your appointment to ensure there are no delays. 

No, our entire process is online. We simply ask you to send through your current/previous documents and after discussing your needs, we start working our magic. You do not have to attend any online meetings or appointments. Scheduling your appointment confirms your order and lets you know when we'll be working on your documents.

Don't have a current resume? No trouble at all! We have a simple form for you to fill out, allowing us to gather all the information we need to create your masterpiece! 

The Resume House offers three drafts for your review, to ensure you're completely happy with your new documents. This offers the perfect opportunity to alter the format or design, have information changed or have details edited. We want you to be happy with your documents and welcome constructive feedback! 

You will receive your first draft by 7pm on the day of your appointment booking.
